Bijolias Indian has been a Seaforth diner for 10 years. Virender Pal Singh is Head Chef managing the kitchen developing new recipes, planning the menu according to the taste of the guest. Anibha Singh is a charming and professional host and takes care and cheerfully greets guests.

Virender worked as a Master Chef in Bukhara Restaurant at Sheraton Hotel in India in 1980s and then joined Bukharas in Hong Kong. Finally around 28 years ago he moved to Sydney serving the community with his delicious food.

Virender developed innovative and delicious Indian food, whereas Anibha has experience of more than 22 years as a Host and customer service. The duo is proudly serving their customers with a unique culinary experience. This is modern Indian Cuisine at its best!
