Bijolias Indian has been a Seaforth diner for 10 years, with Head Chef Ajay Mathur running the culinary show, and Neeta Mathur playing the charming host.

Ajay began his professional career in the kitchens of prestigious 5-star Indian hotels, and brought his talent over to Sydney Hotels.

Creating masterful innovative Indian food, along with bringing Neeta's 25 years of customer service experience, this duo pride themselves on providing their customers with a unique culinary experience. This is modern Indian at its best!
